Q: What is SHARE?
A: SHARE is a monthly program the helps everyone save on frozen meat, fresh fruits & vegetables. There are NO membership dues & NO fees. If you eat, you qualify. The food is the same as you would buy from a grocery store, but because the program is run by volunteers, the prices are much lower. It's not donated, damaged or expired.
Q: What form of payment do you accept online?
A: For online payments, we accept Visa and Mastercard
Q: What if I cannot make a payment online?
A: We also accept cash, check, money order and food stamps. To make a payment using one of these other methods, click here
Q: I placed my order through the online ordering system, how do I know that you received it?
A: You will receive an email confirmation showing the order that you placed.
Q: When will my pickup date be?
A: The pickup date is on the paper you received last month or the SHARE menu that listed all of the packages. It is also online by clicking here. You will receive a postcard in the mail which will show your order and the date and time you need to pick it up. Please bring this card, along with a photo ID.
Q: What if I cannot make it at the date and time indicated on my card?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have the means to store your food. If you cannot make it, please find someone you trust to pick up for you. Make sure that the person you send brings their ID, your postcard, a note giving them permission to take your food and a copy of your ID.
Q: Where do I go to pick up my Food?
A: You would need to go to The Village Baptist Chruch located at 3600 Village Blvd., West Palm Beach. Click here for directions.
