Every day local restaurants, hotels and events throw away enormous amounts of food in Palm Beach County while meanwhile tens of thousands of people go hungry.
Our Food Rescue program intends to save that nutritious food from the dumpster and take it to area homeless shelters and soup kitchens.
We have 8 non-profits signed up to receive food and thus far only 1 hotel contributing food.
Plus SunFest was kind enough to allow its 40+ vendors and hospitality suites to allow us to pick up food every night during the musical festival.
